PACKAGING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS.

- Dispatch - 

PRINTS - I package and ship everything with my own fair hands after my lovely local printer has produced your print to order and I’ve then hand-finished it in the studio, embossed and signed it. As you can see this personalised process may take slightly longer than your average off the shelf print, but that’s what makes them so special :) I aim to get to the post office within 10 days of doing all this, so you can expect your print within 2 weeks. If you do require something sooner drop me a line and we can sort something out.

ORIGINALS - Also packaged by my own fair hand, we can discuss the best and most safe way for me to get your precious original to you - I usually use a tracked courier, but I shall find out which one is doing the best job at the best price at the time of purchase. If you’re not too far away I may well deliver it myself :) and can also offer a hanging service by arrangement.

EVERYTHING ELSE - Will be packaged beautifully and dispatched using Royal Mail or My Hermes (see below).

You will be notified as soon as your order is out for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UNMOUNTED PRINTS TO UK CUSTOMERS

I make every effort to keep the delivery charges as low as possible and am constantly (occasionally) exploring cheaper ways to get you your goodies, but for the moment I’m using a mixture of Royal Mail and My Hermes, although as with everything these prices may change, although not without warning.

UK Customers
Second class tracked Royal Mail - delivery aim after me getting to the post office 1 - 3 working days

Rest of the World Customers
Royal Mail International Standard - please allow up to 28 days for international shipping. While I do not often have problems with international shipments, sometimes parcels can be delayed in customs once they reach the country, so I ask for my international customers to take note of this when you place an order. If you would like the added assurance of knowing where your parcel is in its journey to you, please choose to upgrade to tracked shipping by contacting me directly.

Some countries charge tax and duties on international parcels above a certain value threshold. As you can understand it's not possible for me to have a knowledge base of the threshold for these duties for every country, so please check whether this will affect you, before placing your order.

- Packaging -

Greetings card are enclosed in a recyclable polypropylene sleeve and shipped in a board-backed envelope.

Prints are dispatched in a sturdy cardboard tube with a layer of acid free tissue paper (dependent on size and destination). If your print has been packaged in a tube, let it unfurl naturally for a day or so before framing.

Framed original art is carefully packaged using a layer of bubble wrap, acid free tissue paper, a layer of corrugated cardboard, and brown paper. They will be sent using a signed for service and every precaution will be taken to assure they arrive safely at their destination. In the unlikely event that something should happen during transit, a photograph will be required to assist in dealing with the matter satisfactorily to both parties - please, do not hesitate to contact me.

Pieces from the 'SomeWear' wearables collection are gift packaged in All Is Not Lost's custom boxes, and wrapped carefully to avoid damage.

Please do note that because of differences between monitors, the colours may vary slightly to what you see on screen.
Refunds are only available on damaged items and a photograph will be required to illustrate the issue.
Please contact me directly within 5 days of receiving your art and I will approach each query individually.
I make art for my happiness and hopefully yours ... all is never lost and no problem too big to resolve :)
